Healthy Holiday Recipe


  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • Cinnamon stick (optional)Ground cinnamon (optional)

      • Place all ingredients in blender and blend ingredients until smooth.
      • Add a few ice cubes if smoothie needs to be colder.
      • Pour in a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick and sprinkled cinnamon if desired.
