Healthy Holiday Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
- Cinnamon stick (optional)Ground cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend ingredients until smooth.
- Add a few ice cubes if smoothie needs to be colder.
- Pour in a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick and sprinkled cinnamon if desired.
