INGREDIENTS
¼ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
Cinnamon stick (optional)Ground cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in blender and blend ingredients until smooth.
Add a few ice cubes if smoothie needs to be colder.
Pour in a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick and sprinkled cinnamon if desired.
