This allows our medical staff to gain a basic understanding of a patients desired treatment and determine whether the patient is a candidate for weight loss treatment via virtual visits.
Televisits are conducted synchronously with in-person visits. Our medical staff will conduct a face-to-face basic assessment before you meet with a provider. This meeting includes measurements of your weight, body fat percentage, and blood pressure in real-time. Specific device requirements need to be met. You can find our recommended Amazon devices through the links provided below.

Phentermine or other oral medications prescribed for weight loss must be picked up from the pharmacy of the patient's choice.
Patients will be responsible for any medication costs.
Patients prescribed weight loss injections, such as Semaglutide or Wegovy, have the option to pick up their medications at their preferred pharmacy or patients may choose to utilize FWL's shipping service at the most affordable cost.
Figure Weight Loss is not able to ship Semaglutide to West Virgina or Mississippi residents due to state legalities. We are able to submit an e-prescription to your preferred pharmacy for a name brand weight loss injection.
Please fill out the appointment request form if you have not done so already. In case your state mandates prescreen inquiries, they will appear when you fill out the form.
Make sure to purchase the necessary devices and have them prepared on the day of your visit.
