To accommodate state regulations and ensure optimal scheduling, it is crucial that our staff and resources are meticulously planned. As a result, a payment of $99 is required upfront to book a telehealth appointment.
This payment guarantees that we have an adequate number of healthcare providers available, enabling us to maintain our exceptional standard of care for our patients.
We understand that plans may change, and we offer our patients the flexibility to cancel or reschedule their appointment without incurring any additional charges. However, we kindly ask that any changes be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment through our patient portal. Rest assured, the $99 fee will be applied as a credit towards their next appointment, allowing them to conveniently utilize the payment they have already made.
Please note that if a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, the $99 fee will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. In the event that a patient wishes to reschedule for a different time or day, Figure Weight Loss is pleased to offer a discounted fee of $50 for the rescheduled appointment. This ensures that our patients have the opportunity to receive the care they need at a more convenient time.
Those patients who do not give us notice or "no-show" their televisit will not be refunded or eligible for the discounted $50 reschedule fee.
If we don't have a no-show policy, we cannot maintain our providers and resources. We appreciate your understanding.
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances arise, and we will consider these issues. Patients must fill out a refund submission form to be considered for any refund. Please note, decisions may take up to 5-7 business days.
