Telehealth Payment and Scheduling Policy
The medical staff at Figure Weight Loss continues our efforts to provide exceptional care for all patients, in-person and virtual. Our staff and resources must be scheduled precisely to achieve our goal of facilitating schedules based on patient-provider state regulations. We have made necessary changes to our payment and scheduling policy to ensure telehealth treatment for Figure Weight Loss patients that benefit from this comfortable and convenient service.
To secure a Figure Weight Loss telehealth appointment a visit fee of $99 must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Our payment policy has been designed to ensure that our medical staff and resources are being utilized to their full potential.
Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointment at no extra cost, provided that they login to the patient portal and cancel or reschedule the visit at least 48 hours in advance of their appointment. The $99 fee will be credited to the patients next scheduled visit.
If cancellation or rescheduling falls within 48 hours of the patient’s appointment, the $99 visit fee is forfeited. If the patient reschedules to a different appointment time/day, Figure Weight Loss will charge a discounted fee of $50 for this rescheduled appointment.
We understand that unforeseen issues may arise, and we will take these into consideration. If you would like to request a refund, please email email@example.com. Patients will be required to fill out a refund submission form and decisions may take up to 5-7 business days.
