A description of the technology and devices required for our online weight loss program can be found below, along with the costs and methods of treatment we can offer.
With an update in Ohio's rules for treating obesity with Phentermine, we are now able to provide treatment with this medication for an extended period of time beyond three months for patients with a BMI of 30 or above and who are compliant and consistent with their visits. It is important to note that our providers are only able to prescribe 1 phentermine a day for 30 days via televisit.
You've probably heard of the medications named Saxenda, Wegovy or Semaglutide. These injectable medications are becoming increasingly popular because of their promising weight loss results. They help you feel full with fewer calories and can help you lose weight and keep it off. In a class of medications called GLP-1 agonists, they mimic a hormone released by your body when you eat, creating a feeling of fullness when taken.

Each patient must have a digital scale that measures weight and body fat percentage.
At-home blood pressure monitor with a digital face in order to participate in televisits. Every visit, your medical staff is required to see your measurements in real time.
We use Zoom to host our online meetings, so you must have access to this platform on your desktop or mobile device. Zoom is free and easy to use.
Patients must register through our patient portal so that they can self-schedule and check-in for their televisits. Contact us if you are an existing patient that wishes to transfer to televisits.
A televisit cost $99. This includes the online visit and if applicable, an e-prescription sent to your preferred pharmacy. Patients are responsible for the cost of medications dispensed by their preferred pharmacy.
