Telehealth Services Terms & Conditions

Figure Weight Loss provides telehealth services that allow patients to consult with licensed medical providers remotely. Telehealth services may include medical evaluations, follow-up visits, treatment planning, and education related to weight management and metabolic health.

Telehealth services are available only to patients physically located in states where Figure Weight Loss and its providers are authorized to practice. By scheduling or participating in a telehealth visit, you confirm that you are located in an eligible state at the time of the appointment.

Medical Evaluation and Prescription Approval

All treatments and prescriptions require a medical evaluation and approval by a licensed provider. Participation in telehealth services does not guarantee that a medication or treatment will be prescribed.

Clinical decisions are made at the sole discretion of the provider based on medical history, eligibility, safety considerations, and applicable laws and regulations.

Telehealth Payment Policy

Payment for telehealth visits and related services is required in advance. Fees may include telehealth consultation visits, follow-up appointments, medication management services, and program or treatment fees. All pricing is disclosed prior to purchase.

By submitting payment, you authorize Figure Weight Loss to charge your selected payment method for the services requested.

This policy explains the $99 upfront appointment fee, credit application for timely cancellations, discounted rescheduling options, and the refund review process.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of telehealth services and medical evaluations, telehealth visits are non-refundable once rendered. Missed or late appointments may result in forfeiture of fees. Charges associated with provider time, medical review, or prescription processing are non-refundable once services have begun.

Refund requests related to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Telehealth Payment Policy.

Medication and Product Fulfillment

Prescription medications offered through Figure Weight Loss are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. All medications require medical evaluation and approval by a licensed provider.

Non-Controlled Medications

Non-controlled prescription medications may be shipped directly to the patient or sent to a patient’s preferred pharmacy, when permitted by state law and the patient’s treatment plan. Fulfillment timelines may vary based on pharmacy processing, medication availability, and shipping method.

Controlled Medications

Controlled medications are subject to additional regulatory requirements and therefore are not shipped or sent via mail-order pharmacies. Controlled medications must be sent to the patient’s local pharmacy or picked up in person at a Figure Weight Loss physical clinic location, when applicable.

The method of fulfillment for controlled medications is determined by the provider based on medical appropriateness, legal requirements, and patient location.

Additional Fulfillment Information

Once a prescription has been dispensed, all medication sales are final. Figure Weight Loss does not guarantee delivery or pickup timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by pharmacies, carriers, or medication supply limitations.

Patients should report any fulfillment issues promptly so our staff may assist in coordinating with the dispensing pharmacy when possible.

Patient Responsibilities

Patients agree to provide accurate and complete medical information, use a compatible device with a stable internet connection, and be available and prepared at the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to provide accurate information or follow medical guidance may impact treatment eligibility or continuation of care.

Technology Limitations

Telehealth services rely on electronic communication and technology that may occasionally experience interruptions or technical issues. Figure Weight Loss is not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Privacy and Communication

Telehealth services are conducted in compliance with applicable privacy laws. By participating, patients consent to receive communications related to care, scheduling, and administrative matters via phone, text message, or email.

Limitation of Liability

Figure Weight Loss and its providers are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete disclosure of medical history, failure to follow medical recommendations, or circumstances outside of our control.

Telehealth services do not replace emergency medical care. In the event of an emergency, patients should call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical attention.

Changes to Terms

Figure Weight Loss reserves the right to modify these Telehealth Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of telehealth services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
