Many chronic symptoms such as fatigue, digestive discomfort, migraines, and inflammation may be connected to food sensitivities. Through the LEAP Protocol and MRT testing, our Registered Dietitian Cheryl helps patients identify trigger foods and develop personalized nutrition strategies designed to support better health.
So many people suffer from chronic health issues, such as migraines, irritable bowel syndrome, autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia, and are unaware that the foods they are consuming regularly are contributing to many of the negative symptoms associated with these conditions. Sensitivities to foods can cause an inflammatory response in the body.

The LEAP protocol (Lifestyle, Eating and Performance) is a strategic method of dealing with the dietary components of many symptoms caused by food sensitivities. Most patients report decreased inflammation and symptom improvement within 10 days of starting the protocol and continue to improve in the ensuing weeks.
Cheryl, a Registered Dietitian on our team, is also a Certified LEAP Therapist. As a CLT, she has specialized training that utilizes a patented blood test, MRT (Mediator Release Test) to tailor a specific elimination diet, using the LEAP protocol.
Cheryl assists her patients in developing a personalized dietary regimen by combining MRT results with the patient’s medical history and lifestyle. Additionally, she offers ongoing support to her patients as they navigate their way to feeling better.
