How to play!

    1. Pick your team.

      2. If the Opposing Team Scores a Touch Down or Scores a Field Goal, you must do the exercise listed in the current quarter.

        3. If Your Team gets a Penalty Flag you must do the exercise listed in the current quarter.

          4. Anytime a Beer Commercial runs, EVERYONE must do the exercise listed in the current quarter.
