The Coach gives you daily tasks to help create positive lifestyle changes for long-term weight loss. Personalized and interactive weight loss plan that is easy to use for logging calories as well as an exercise tracker with real-time GPS and pedometer. This is a free app but there are “upgrade” options for purchase. Noom Coach is an app for androids.
Nike’s most popular training app gives you your own personal trainer anytime, anywhere. There are more than 114 custom built workouts and you can get exclusive workouts from trainers of super stars. This app does not count calories but does give great workouts and instruction. This app is free for android users and available for iPhone, iPod and iPad.
Why are Weight Loss apps Important?
Apps allow you to track your calories while outside the house and on the go, which is essential to weight loss. Apps are great motivational tools and track the amount of calories you burn during exercise and workouts.
